About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SEO Manager to lead our search engine optimization strategy and drive organic traffic growth across the various websites of our portfolio of brands. The ideal candidate is an SEO expert with hands-on experience in SEO strategies, AI search optimization, and a proven track record of delivering results. Experience with website migrations, redirect strategies, and managing multiple SEO projects simultaneously is essential. Work Location Hybrid in office 3 days a week at 150 N Riverside Plaza, Chicago IL Responsibilities Develop and execute SEO strategies to increase visibility and ranking using AI search optimization. Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify growth opportunities. Monitor and analyze SEO performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Yoast SEO, Screamingfrog, Frase, and emerging AI SEO tools. Collaborate with content and marketing teams to integrate SEO best practices. Plan and execute off-page SEO strategies including backlinking. Optimize website content for search engines and lead generation. Manage and improve organic search performance based on metrics like click-through rates, traffic, and conversions. Prepare and present reports on SEO progress and adjust strategies accordingly. Conduct website audits to identify technical, on-page, and off-page issues and opportunities. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, or relevant field. Minimum 5 years of experience in SEO management with a successful track record. Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking strategies. Experience managing website migrations and redirects. Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, Yoast SEO, Frase, Clearscope, Screamingfrog, etc. Experience with AI tools like SEMrush’s AI, Peec AI, Profound, etc. Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills. Proficient in HTML/CSS and CMS platforms like WordPress. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Education Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, or relevant field. Additional Details Expected salary range: $85,000 - $105,000, with discretionary bonuses.
