Wire Investigator – Commercial Banking Operations
Location: Riverside, RI - Fully Onsite
Pay: $25.50/hour
3-Month Contract (Potential for Extension)
Shift : Monday – Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Wire Investigator to support our Commercial Banking Operations team. This fully onsite position in Riverside, RI plays a critical role in managing wire and real-time payment investigations for our commercial clients. The ideal candidate will bring professionalism, strong communication skills, and the ability to remain composed under pressure while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive and process investigation requests from internal systems, email, or phone.
Open and document cases in the tracking system with high accuracy and attention to detail.
Compose professional responses to commercial clients via email and phone.
Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
Conduct independent research and analysis to resolve wire and payment issues.
Adhere to Regulation E and other applicable compliance requirements.
Work effectively within strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and under pressure.
Escalate complex issues appropriately while maintaining client satisfaction.
Preferred Qualifications:
Customer service experience with the ability to interact confidently with commercial clients and senior-level professionals.
Not just call center experience – looking for candidates with initiative and strong communication acumen.
Familiarity with wire transfers , both domestic and international, is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Additional Details:
This is a 3-month contract to start, with potential for extension and a slight possibility of permanent placement (no guarantees).
Must be comfortable working fully onsite in Riverside, RI .
