Job Title: Traffic Coordinator

Duration: June - November (with possibility of extension)

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Traffic Coordinator to support our high-volume open enrollment season. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of projects, working closely with our design team and internal account managers.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and track approximately 300 projects during the open enrollment period.
• Utilize Workfront to facilitate project progress and integrate seamlessly with the team.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for internal clients, demonstrating exceptional customer-facing communication skills .
• Collaborate closely with the design team and account managers to ensure project deadlines are met.
• Work alongside another traffic coordinator to manage workload and maintain efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a traffic coordination or similar project management role.
• Proficiency in Workfront is essential for this position.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to manage a high volume of projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Location:

While we prefer candidates in the Atlanta area, we are open to individuals based in Charlotte or Ft. Lauderdale . This role will primarily be remote, though occasional in-person meetings would be beneficial for local candidates.
