About the Company

You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, source candidates through various channels, screen applicants, and conduct interviews to identify the best candidates for open positions. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from posting job ads to negotiating offers, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and position requirements.
  • Source candidates through online job postings, networking, career fairs, and social media platforms.
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and fit.
  • Extend job offers and negotiate terms of employment.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications

  • Experience as a recruiter.
  • Understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems, strong preference for Workday.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
