Join us to drive innovation and sustainability. Purpose You will provide process engineering services, including technical support and supervision within the process engineering team. Responsibilities Supervise process discipline work on projects. Provide technical direction, advice, and control of process work. Liaise with client discipline representatives to establish technical direction. Define scope, estimate, and control progress of process engineering activities. Plan man-hour budgets, schedules, and staffing requirements. Coordinate process engineering design and drafting. Complete complex process design activities including simulation. Coordinate with other discipline lead engineers. Assist project engineers in defining process engineering work and deliverables. Prepare input to essential process documents and maintain document integrity. Qualifications and Experience Strong technical and practical engineering skills with a focus on quality and timeliness. Knowledge of process engineering fundamentals and other engineering fields. Familiarity with local and international standards and regulations. Proficiency in process simulation software like HYSYS or PRO 11. Experience in process engineering within the petrochemical, refining, or oil and gas industries. Proven leadership skills. Additional Information This position is based in California. Salary range: $133,850 - $196,838. Benefits include PTO, 401k, medical, vision, dental, etc. Locations San Francisco and Los Angeles. Education and Qualifications Required: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field. Preferred: 8+ years' experience, petrochemical/refinery experience, on-site/refinery experience, Saudi Aramco experience, Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng).
