Now Hiring Industrial Painters on 2nd and 3rd Shift!
Pay Rate: $22.75/hour (with shift differential of $1.75), OR $26.40/hour for candidates with 5+ years of painting experience
Shifts Available:
We are seeking skilled painters to prime, paint, and touchup vehicles using power spray equipment and brushes. The role requires masking, unmasking, and adjusting masking as necessary to meet specifications. Additional tasks include cleaning and conditioning parts, performing light bodywork, and maintaining painting equipment. You will also mix all types of paints to ensure proper color, formula, viscosity, and consistency, as well as apply decals, stencils, and rust-proofing as required.
ResponsibilitiesYou will work inside paint booths in a hot environment with strong paint odors, requiring a full paint suit and respirator. The dress code includes jeans, steel toes, and a clean work shirt. Current staffing levels aim to increase to around 400 employees. The culture promotes both independent work and collaboration. Minimal overtime is expected initially, expanding to approximately 40-45 hours per week once fully staffed.
