Position Summary Ampacity is seeking a dynamic and outgoing Direct Marketing Associate to join our growing Marketing Team. This role is perfect for someone passionate about renewable energy and eager to connect with prospective customers. You’ll support early-stage sales efforts—qualifying leads, setting meetings, gathering customer insights, and providing indicative pricing. You'll also share key trends and feedback with leadership to help keep a pulse on the market. This is a great opportunity to make an impact in a fast-growing company and industry. This is a hybrid role based in Tampa, FL, but we’re open to strong remote candidates as well. Primary Roles and Responsibilities

• Engage directly with prospective customers to generate interest and qualify leads
• Support early-stage sales efforts by gathering customer requirements and providing indicative pricing
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends
• Analyze consumer behavior data, including web traffic and SEO performance
• Prepare regular reports on marketing and sales metrics to inform strategy
• Coordinate with design and content teams to develop digital and print marketing materials
• Assist with planning and executing promotional events and campaigns
• Monitor and report on competitor marketing and sales activities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support broader sales and marketing initiatives
• Develop a strong understanding of solar technologies to communicate product value effectively

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
• 0–3 years of experience in a marketing, sales support, or customer-facing role.
• Experienced in utilizing web analytics, SEO/SEM campaigns, and Google AdWords to drive marketing outcomes.
• Proficient in employing various data collection methods and tools, to gather and analyze market insights.
• Strong communication skills paired with the ability to adapt quickly to changing workloads and market conditions.
• Periodic travel of 10% annually may be required.
